Please check all the panels and components are present and in good condition against the assembly instructions prior to commencing assembly of the product. Where home assembly of the product is required and has commenced, the goods value will be considered to have diminished by consumer handling (see regulation 34 (9) of the Consumer Contracts Regulation). If you decide to cancel after this point, we will send in our agent has collected the goods and once the item is returned to us, an assessment will be carried out on the item. Based on that assessment, all or a portion of the value of the item (up to the full retail value paid for the item), may be deducted from the amount reimbursed to you. The assessment and reimbursement of any funds will be completed within 14 days from the date we were first notified of your cancellation.

Any additional carriage paid on top of our standard carriage rates (ie for express or upgraded delivery options) is non-refundable.
